Empyre3D is a 360° property scanning service operating across Greece. For privacy matters, you can reach us at info@empyre3d.com.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect only the information you give us. That may include:
- Your name and (optionally) company name
- Email address and (optionally) phone number
- The property location, type, approximate size, and number of properties you manage
- Any message you choose to send us
We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics on this site. Standard server logs may briefly record IP addresses for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
We use your details solely to reply to your enquiry, provide a quote, and follow up about your scan booking. The legal basis is your consent (given by submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Who sees it
Form submissions are delivered to our team inbox via the form-handling service Formsubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards the message to our email address. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking data for up to 24 months for follow-up, accounting, and quality purposes, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or object to our use of your personal data. To exercise any of these, email info@empyre3d.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
Children
This service is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
Changes
If we update this policy we will change the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated to active enquirers and clients by email.
